In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT inquiries and disruptions, handling requests via phone and email, documenting them in a ticketing system, and resolving minor issues through first-level support. Vocational training in IT
Experience
- Long-term experience in user support and first-level support
- Professional experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10), MS Office products, mobile devices (Android and iOS), modern telephony systems, and ticket/administration tools
- Experience with ITIL is ideal

Additional
- Willingness to cover a service window from 6 AM to 5 PM through staggered working hours with the team.
