This role seeks an internal consultant and project leader with strong expertise in process optimization, project management, and IT to drive the digitalization of business processes within the Hamburg City Cleaning department. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading IT projects, particularly those involving SAP and other applications, from initial requirement analysis through successful implementation. The consultant will be responsible for strategically developing the IT portfolio, managing requirements by bridging the gap between technical IT teams and business units, and advising departments on digitalization potential and technical solutions. Key qualifications include a relevant university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics), several years of professional project management experience, and knowledge of SAP and process management methodologies like BPMN. Education
