Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration, coordination, operation, and ongoing development of the sewer information system for the city of Erfurt's drainage operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with software developers, users, and the IT department to define specifications, recommendations, and strategies for system enhancement. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance to colleagues, conducting internal training on database and GIS applications, and developing emergency concepts to ensure system availability and operation during incidents. You will also monitor system functionality, document issues, initiate immediate actions when necessary, and perform maintenance. This position requires managing technical data, including validating and updating sewer network data (graphical, factual, and geodata), configuring graphical representations of technical and commercial data, and analyzing construction and survey documents, reconciling them with existing investigation results.
