Job Summary

This role is crucial for maintaining and advancing the IT infrastructure of the municipal wastewater management facility in Erfurt. The specialist will be responsible for the administration and development of critical systems, including the process control system for the main treatment plant and external facilities, the central ERP system (Baly), and various associated data processing procedures. A major focus includes the introduction and support of the municipal Document Management System (DMS), alongside managing network technology, building control systems, and security installations (e.g., electronic locking, fire alarms). Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification in Information and Communication Technology, applied knowledge of system integration, GIS infrastructure, data security, and basic programming skills in VBA, SQL, and Shell.
