In this role, you will support the lab manager in planning, coordinating, and evaluating various analyses, while also independently developing, validating, and assessing analytical methods for biopharmaceutical products. A key part of your responsibilities will involve ensuring compliance with cGMP and other regulatory guidelines, creating detailed work instructions and GMP documents, and performing equipment qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field, or have extensive professional experience as a chemical or biological laboratory technician. Strong analytical skills, good English proficiency, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
