Job Summary
This role involves actively supporting and coordinating digitalization projects across various departments within the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG), develop innovative digital solutions for public administration, and assist with project management, contract oversight, and budget management. Key responsibilities include supporting cross-departmental digital innovation initiatives, managing service providers, and representing Bremen in relevant state-level committees. The position offers a stable, public service-oriented environment, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development within a motivated and cooperative team focused on modernizing public services.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a suitable field, preferably with a focus on Information Technology, or qualification for career group 2, first entry-level civil service.
Experience
- Professional experience in leading or participating in IT application development projects
- Initial experience with legal requirements, accessibility, secure data transmission, and data integration for online services
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to participate in IT meetings and committees of the IT Planning Council; willingness to undertake business trips.
