This role is for an Administrative Assistant within a highly reputable, international pharmaceutical company with over 100 years of market success, located in Dessau-Roßlau, Germany. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact and interface between contract manufacturers and the client company, ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and creating overviews, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and control manufacturing performance, and coordinating tasks and inquiries. The role also involves preparing and documenting meetings. This position is ideal for an organized, communicative, and assertive individual with a background in natural sciences or commercial-technical fields, eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry.

Education
Completed training in natural sciences (e.g., chemistry, pharmacy, biology laboratory technician) or a commercial-technical education
