Job Summary

This role is perfect for a skilled technician eager to actively shape the future of fiber optic infrastructure across Germany. As a DWDM Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and integration of cutting-edge DWDM systems at core network locations nationwide. Daily tasks involve performing precise optical measurements using specialized equipment like Spectrum Analyzers and 100G RFC 2544 testing tools, diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions, and ensuring the maintenance of active transmission technology during live operation. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical or electrical qualification (e.g., IT Systems Electrician) and possesses professional experience in telecommunications and network technology. This position requires excellent German language skills, a willingness to travel extensively (Monday to Friday), and a Class B driver's license, offering an opportunity to work on complex ITK projects for major network operators and system manufacturers.
