Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of IT projects within an ERP environment, from planning to evaluation. The consultant will be crucial in maintaining internal service management processes, specifically handling incident and problem management. A key part of the job is providing first and second-level support for the ERP system, ensuring its performance, stability, and availability through diligent monitoring. The position also requires independent configuration and customization of ERP systems and serving as a primary point of contact for inter-departmental colleagues, including conducting training sessions. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in IT or business informatics and proven experience with ERP systems, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
