Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, organization, execution, and evaluation of various IT projects within the ERP landscape. A core part of the job involves ensuring smooth operations by handling First and Second-Level Support for the ERP system, adhering strictly to internal service management processes like Incident and Problem Management. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, stability, and availability, and independently customizing and configuring the ERP systems.
