Job Summary

As an Associate Expert in Internal Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the digital future of the German Armed Forces by contributing to the BWI's internal service delivery. Your day-to-day will involve providing expert knowledge and standardized support across various internal functions, including legal reviews for international business, quality management, procurement, and knowledge management. You will be instrumental in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees and external service providers, ensuring technical readiness and compliance. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of networking across all levels and acting as a central point of contact for departments. You will also assist the management team with daily operations, prepare results for ad hoc inquiries, and contribute to the improvement of service delivery through various sub-projects.
