Job Summary

This Senior System Engineer role focuses on ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of Unified Communication (UC) services for a primary digitization partner of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of central UC Backoffice systems, specifically within the Cisco Collaboration environment, including Cisco Meeting Server and related Phone/Video applications. Key responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting system disturbances, planning and coordinating changes within the central collaboration solution, and maintaining technical documentation. This role requires extensive professional experience in Voice over IP (VoIP) environments, deep knowledge of Cisco VoIP networks, and the Cisco Unified Communications Manager, along with a CCNP-Collaboration certification. The position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to Germany's digital security infrastructure.
