Job Summary

This role is perfect for an IT professional with a knack for infrastructure and a desire for customer interaction. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing ideal IT landscapes for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) solutions, ensuring seamless operation for clients. Day-to-day, you'll consult new and existing customers on IT infrastructure, systems, and peripheral planning, overseeing installation, maintenance, and administration of hardware and software. You'll also create IT system specifications, support sales with system cost estimations, and conduct hardware testing.
