As a Remote Service Expert specializing in software, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and high customer satisfaction for our warehouse management system, viadat. Your daily tasks will involve independently handling support requests, diagnosing and resolving software issues via remote access and phone for both domestic and international clients. You will be responsible for detailed error analysis, developing solutions for technical disruptions in intralogistics systems, and meticulously documenting all activities. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical or information technology degree or comparable education with further training

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT User Helpdesk or IT Remote Support within plant engineering
  • Experience with MS SQL Servers
  • Experience with STEP 7 or TIA-Portal
