Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Service Manager focused on ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT services, particularly for a platform supporting ad-hoc data analysis and automated usage of a Python infrastructure platform (POSIT). The successful candidate will be a key player in the Middleware, Platform, and Infrastructure Service team, actively contributing to collaboration optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and managing essential IT processes like security and authorization, driving strategic and operational development with business departments, overseeing budget and cost control, and managing external IT service providers, including outsourcing and contract management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic banking environment, contributing to the bank's success by ensuring robust and efficient IT infrastructure services. It requires a proactive individual with strong technical acumen, project management skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in a MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) field or comparable qualification (e.g., technical or banking education with targeted further training)

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the operation of infrastructure services
  • Professional experience in project and service management
  • Experience in agile software development processes
