Job Summary
This role is for a Technical Administrative Assistant to support a renowned grid operator in Lübben, Germany. The successful candidate will act as a crucial coordinator, primarily assisting with the project planning of medium and low-voltage construction measures. Day-to-day tasks involve managing commercial processes such as orders, offers, re-invoicing, and deadline control. The position requires extensive communication with authorities, companies, and private property owners regarding certifications and water rights notifications. Additionally, the role involves coordinating between technical teams, procurement, accounting, and framework contract companies, handling land damage regulation, and preparing completion and partial completion reports. This is a full-time, temporary position with significant home office flexibility, offering an attractive salary and a supportive work environment.
