Job Summary

As a Test Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of IT systems within a corporate environment in Regensburg. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating and advising on the provision of suitable test environments, conducting Jira training for team members, and organizing user stories, test data, and functional requirements. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining test cases and data, conceptualizing test automation platforms, and monitoring test execution to proactively address deviations. This role involves performing various testing stages, including System Function Tests (SFT), Integration Tests (FIT/I-Test), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT), along with meticulous defect documentation, tracking, and release recommendations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in test management/QA within complex IT projects, strong proficiency in Jira and agile methodologies, and familiarity with test automation.
