Job Summary
This role involves overseeing and enhancing the apprenticeship program within a major health insurance provider in Germany. The successful candidate will advise senior management on apprenticeship models, develop strategies to attract sufficient applicants, and ensure the quality of training by maintaining close contact with regional trainers. Key responsibilities include fostering career orientation among apprentices, managing their retention post-apprenticeship, and providing disciplinary leadership within the local district office. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Social Insurance Specialist and a degree as an AOK Business Administrator, OR a completed university degree (Diploma or Bachelor's) in Economics, or comparable qualification.
