Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive responsibility for the testing and validation of High-Voltage (HV) batteries for e-mobility applications, particularly in the commercial vehicle sector. The successful candidate will plan and execute internal and external tests across all components and design stages of HV batteries, coordinate with various internal departments like design, materials engineering, and production for the construction and assessment of test vehicles. Key responsibilities also include managing validation projects, continuously optimizing validation methodologies, and developing test specifications. The position requires strong communication skills for continuous exchange with stakeholders and external partners to ensure all relevant requirements are met, alongside meticulous documentation and review of test reports.
