As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for the timely, technical, and commercial execution of customized development projects focused on power electronic products like inverters and converters for special shipbuilding. This role involves independently developing and implementing project goals, including structuring, resource planning, and stakeholder management. You will serve as a crucial interface between internal departments (sales, development, production) and clients, coordinating and leading project meetings, and managing changes and risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for comprehensive project documentation and reporting to management and clients.
