Job Summary
As a Remote Service Specialist, you will be a key technical expert within the service organization, acting as a central point of contact for technical inquiries related to medical technology systems. Your daily tasks will involve performing routine requests, diagnosing and resolving simple customer issues remotely via data connection or phone, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will conduct root cause analysis for functional malfunctions, create action plans for on-site service, and communicate solutions to customers in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will perform basic technical modifications, support account managers and project management with technical questions, and initiate technical escalations when necessary. This role requires strong customer orientation, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
