Job Summary

This role is for a Global Customer Care Expert focused on medium voltage switchgears and switching devices. The expert will be responsible for generating and implementing new features for customer ticket capture, analyzing international customer complaints in collaboration with quality management, development, and PLM teams, and ensuring improvements are implemented. A key part of the role involves managing service operations for switchgears and switching devices under warranty globally. The expert will also supervise switchgear assembly, conduct assembly training, and resolve global customer tickets related to the SI EA IoT portfolio, covering the entire IoT system from cloud applications to sensor connectivity. This position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to interact effectively with customers and regional Siemens teams to resolve technological issues and present solutions.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a similar field

Experience

  • Long-term experience in commissioning and service of switchgears and switching devices
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards related to switchgears and switching devices
  • Experience in the development or installation and commissioning of energy automation products
  • Strong IT proficiency
