Job Summary

As the Team Lead for IT Systems & Recovery, you will be instrumental in elevating the organization's IT infrastructure, taking charge of a seven-person team. Your role involves strategic planning, budget management for IT infrastructure services, and coordinating team tasks, including managing external IT service providers. A key focus will be on integrating modern approaches like Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Azure Arc to ensure future-proof configuration management and driving automation to eliminate manual tasks. You will ensure the highest availability, confidentiality, and integrity of central systems, including Windows Server, storage, and virtualization platforms, while also leading the transition to a hybrid cloud environment in Microsoft Azure.
