Job Summary

This role involves day-to-day IT support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, printers, and network components. The specialist will also manage VPN connections, security solutions, and Microsoft 365 environments, along with mobile device management via MDM systems. A crucial part of the role is the administration of virtual Microsoft environments and ensuring data backup with Veeam.
