Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged IT Support Specialist to join the ProCurand headquarters in Berlin-Mitte. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive IT support, both remotely via hotline and on-site, across various locations. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, endpoints, printers, and network components (including VPN and security solutions). The specialist will also be responsible for administering Microsoft 365, managing mobile devices via MDM systems, overseeing the virtual Microsoft environment, and ensuring robust data backup using Veeam. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or several years of practical experience in IT support and Microsoft environment administration. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, service orientation, and proven expertise in software/OS deployment and networking, ensuring the stability and security of the organization's IT infrastructure.
