Job Summary
As an IT On-Site Service Employee, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support, managing both mobile and stationary systems like notebooks, smartphones, and network printers. Your day-to-day will involve handling incoming support requests via the Service Desk, maintaining network components and servers, and overseeing the installation, replacement, and repair of IT equipment. You'll also play a crucial role in advising on and monitoring security regulations to ensure compliance. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience with current operating systems, various hardware components, and their installation/configuration
- Thorough knowledge of client-server connections and network fundamentals
