Job Summary

This role involves supporting the State Building Management of Lower Saxony (NLBL) within the 'Digitalization' department, focusing on IT project and process management. The specialist will be responsible for developing project templates and process flows, updating the project guide, and organizing and conducting Project Approval Group (PAG) meetings, including taking minutes. Key tasks also include performing Lessons Learned sessions and workshops, and maintaining and developing Intrexx applications such as MPM/Wissen and Kanban. Additionally, the role supports IT fundamentals by creating and maintaining standards using a definition tool, managing Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and ensuring compliance with IT rules both internally and externally. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Informatics or equivalent, deep knowledge of IT project management and requirements analysis, and fluent German language skills (C1). This position offers flexible working hours and the possibility of location-independent work.
