Master's qualification in an electrical engineering profession

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical building management, especially with electrical systems (transformers, switchgear, emergency power, fire protection, etc.)
  • Experience as a responsible electrical specialist (vEFK) for electrical safety
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance, testing, and repairs
  • Experience in creating performance descriptions, cost estimates, and economic efficiency analyses for procurement processes
  • Experience in optimizing operational processes and managing resources (material and personnel)
  • Experience in ensuring occupational safety and conducting risk assessments and employee training
  • At least two years of experience as a Master in building maintenance (desired)
