Job Summary

As the Head of Service Management and Training, you will lead a newly formed department encompassing Device Management, Service Desk, and Training teams within Munich Clinic's Technology Management division. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing new service structures and processes by integrating existing IT End-Device Management and Medical Technology departments, and merging previously autonomous teams. You will be instrumental in optimizing the perception of Technology Management's role within the clinics, validating and enhancing First-Level Support processes, and continuously improving processes with the introduction of a new service portal. This role requires a leader with strong experience in IT service processes, project management, and a proven track record in building service-oriented structures, particularly within a hospital environment.
