Job Summary

As the Head of Hardware Development, you will lead the strategic evolution of hardware architectures, implementing modern design methodologies and defining efficient development processes and quality standards. This role involves technical leadership of interdisciplinary projects from concept to delivery, evaluating innovations in E/E architectures, EMC, signal processing, and high-frequency technology, and ensuring documentation and system integration adhere to V-model or INCOSE standards. You will also be responsible for the technical leadership of a growing development team, fostering their competencies through training and coaching, managing resources, capacity, and budget, and collaborating with HR on talent acquisition.
