As a Site Manager, you will lead a team within a logistics property, taking full responsibility for its technical operations. This involves managing personnel, ensuring efficient internal cost allocation, and overseeing complex technical systems. You will be the primary point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, further education as a technician, master, bachelor, or engineer, preferably in Facility Management or Technical Building Equipment. Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Planon, along with excellent communication and service orientation, are crucial.
