Job Summary

This role involves the cross-trade management and leadership of complex projects within Technical Building Equipment (TBE) and general construction, based in Frankfurt am Main. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, optimization, and implementation phases, including creating and negotiating offers. A key component is the technical leadership of fellow project managers, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring workplace safety across customer construction sites. Candidates must bring a strong background (minimum 5 years) in a comparable position, coupled with relevant qualifications such as a Master's, Technician's, or University degree in fields like Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture. Success in this role requires a hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and fluent German proficiency (C1 level) to manage diverse stakeholders and documentation effectively.
