Job Summary

This is a key leadership role based in Herzogenaurach near Nuremberg, requiring a professional to take full technical and disciplinary responsibility for the employees and contractual performance within a designated facility. The Facility Manager will act as the central point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management issues, overseeing complex technical systems (TGA/BSE). Day-to-day tasks involve managing the site team, planning personnel deployment, and ensuring internal cost allocation. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background, such as an electrician or HVAC mechanic, augmented by further qualifications like a Technician, Master, Bachelor, or Engineer degree, ideally in Facility Management or Electrical Engineering. Strong experience in a comparable position, familiarity with MS Office, SAP, and Planon, and a high degree of quality and cost awareness are essential for success in this permanent, full-time position.
