As a Site Manager, you will lead a team within a logistics property, taking full responsibility for the technical systems and ensuring contractual service delivery. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing resource deployment, and overseeing internal cost allocation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in electrical systems or HVAC, coupled with further qualifications as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer, ideally in facility management or building services. Excellent communication skills, a focus on quality and cost-efficiency, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Planon are essential.
