Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Employee based in Bonn, Germany, joining a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and e-commerce services. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for internal IT inquiries, responsible for prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests, and resolving or escalating issues to second-level support. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, installing, and maintaining PCs, network components, monitors, printers, and scanners for administrative use, as well as managing MS Active Directory Services and Office 365. The position requires a background in IT system integration or equivalent, professional experience in an IT service desk, and strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer administration, along with proficiency in Windows 11, Office 365, MS Teams, and IT ticketing systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for further training and development, offering 30 days of vacation and flexible working hours.
