In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server hardware from various manufacturers like HPE, Lenovo, and Dell. Your day-to-day tasks will involve incident management (1st and 2nd-level support), creating and maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring compatibility of new firmware releases. You'll also contribute to the internal test laboratory and manage changes within the IT environment.
