Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and optimize the daily IT operations across software, hardware, and media technology. You will be the crucial link providing rapid and sustainable IT support, collaborating closely with specialized IT departments to implement effective solutions. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of all PC hardware, software (including Microsoft Windows and Office), peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS). A core part of the job involves administrative tasks and actively optimizing existing IT processes. The ideal candidate holds a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience utilizing tools such as Active Directory and a professional ticketing system. Success requires excellent communication, a customer-oriented approach, and fluent written and spoken German skills.
