Job Summary

As a Business Analyst specializing in Marketing and Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's digital transformation journey. Your core mission involves optimizing complex business processes and developing practical, technically feasible solutions designed to provide optimal support to the sales organization. Day-to-day tasks include actively planning and executing digitalization projects, coordinating closely between specialized business departments and the central IT team to ensure successful project implementation. You will be responsible for creating all necessary project deliverables, ranging from detailed requirement specifications to concise User Stories. Operating within a dynamic, agile team environment utilizing frameworks like SAFe, you are expected to contribute actively with your own ideas, ensuring the quality and consistency of digital IT solutions remain perfectly aligned with overarching business requirements. This role is highly attractive for an analytical professional with a strong IT background and experience in agile methodologies, offering the chance to innovate by utilizing cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT or Co-Pilot in the insurance distribution sector.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (FH/University) in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with fundamental IT understanding.

Experience

  • Professional experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
  • Experience in agile project methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and the software development process
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
  • Ideally, experience in insurance sales with a focus on digital transformation
