Job Summary

This pivotal role involves working directly with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Allianz Suisse, providing strategic and operational steering support for the entire IT organization. You will take ownership of cross-divisional initiatives spanning IT strategy, IT economics, governance, Cloud transformation, digitalization, and operational resilience. The Assistant acts as a crucial liaison between the business units, Allianz Technology, and the wider Allianz Group, helping to position IT as a strategic enabler for innovation, efficiency, and customer focus. Key responsibilities include preparing decision documents, management presentations, and business analyses for the CIO and the Board, as well as coordinating strategic programs. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, structured working methods, high integrity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling you to structure complex topics quickly and deliver sustainable results in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed University or Technical College Degree, ideally in Economics, Technology, or a related field

Experience

  • Professional experience in Project or Program Management
  • Experience in IT or transformation environments (ideally)
  • Knowledge of IT Governance, IT Controlling, and IT Economics
