As an IT Specialist in the Service Desk, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing essential support and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will take ownership of smaller projects and manage user inquiries from initial contact through error analysis to solution development. This role requires you to handle national and international support requests via personal interaction, phone, and email.
