Job Summary

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career starters or those transitioning into IT to establish themselves in a dynamic IT Support position. The specialist will be the first point of contact for user inquiries, handling them via email, ticketing systems, and phone. Key responsibilities include creating and processing tickets, providing problem-oriented customer support while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), documenting incidents and their solutions in an ITSM tool, and performing error analysis and resolution for issues within Office 365 environments and Windows infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have an IT education or relevant experience, with hands-on knowledge of remote support and documentation/ticketing systems. This full-time, permanent position is based in Munich and offers regular working hours with good public transport connections, supported by a collaborative team.
