Job Summary

As a Team Lead IT Services, you will be responsible for the daily operational management of IT services in Stuttgart, leading a team of five IT specialists. This role involves strategic leadership of both personnel and projects, coordinating technician teams, and planning employee deployments based on qualifications and customer needs. You will act as the central customer interface to management, optimize internal processes for quality assurance, and provide support during technical escalations to improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a technical IT-related background, extensive experience in IT service coordination, and practical knowledge of technical project management, coupled with strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
