Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, providing essential 1st Level Support for user accounts, access, and various activations. Your daily tasks will involve qualifying incoming requests, documenting all processes within a ticketing system, and escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd Level Support as needed. This role requires a strong IT background, including knowledge of network technology and asset management, coupled with solid experience in a service desk environment and using ticketing systems. You will join an established IT partner to German industry, contributing to infrastructure optimization and support, with excellent development opportunities and a supportive team in Darmstadt.

Completed vocational training in IT or IT business, or comparable qualification with existing IT background knowledge
