Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting hardware and software solutions in various client environments. A key part of your role will involve independently analyzing IT system disruptions and collaborating with the technical team to find effective solutions. You'll also provide VIP support, answer technical inquiries, manage technical escalations, and meticulously document all work steps.
