As an IT Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, leveraging your expertise in network technology and hardware configuration. You will handle Windows client support requests, install and configure hardware and telecommunication systems, troubleshoot technical issues, perform installations, manage hardware orders and device replacements, and assist with technical projects.
