Job Summary

This role is for a talented Application Support Specialist who will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of various applications for clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating new projects from conception to commissioning, documenting completed projects, and collaborating with departments to ensure optimal system requirements are met. The specialist will also ensure the smooth operation of ERP, CRM, and other applications, monitor the application market for innovations, and act as an expert consultant on business processes and their application implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, solid SAP knowledge, and an understanding of business processes, with a passion for new technologies and a desire to work in a dynamic team.
