Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Employee based in Bonn, Germany, within a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and services. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, managing and prioritizing incoming requests, and escalating complex issues to second-level support. Key responsibilities include setting up, installing, and maintaining PCs, network components, and peripherals, as well as administering MS Active Directory Services and MS Office 365. The position requires strong technical knowledge in desktop and laptop administration, experience with IT ticketing systems, and familiarity with Windows 11 and Office 365 applications. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours, extensive onboarding, 30 days of annual leave, and opportunities for further training and development.
