Job Summary
As a Service Desk Engineer in Cologne, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing essential First Level Support via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring ITSM processes, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met, and prioritizing and categorizing incoming support requests. You will also be responsible for dedicated support to key clients.
