Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for users at a chemical company in Brunsbüttel, providing crucial IT infrastructure support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, both remotely and directly at the user's location. You'll be responsible for repairing desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and mobile scanners, as well as installing operating systems and software. This role also includes configuring IT devices, assisting with IT component relocation, and maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, practical experience in second-level support, and strong knowledge of Microsoft client applications and network infrastructures.
