Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 2nd level IT support for major clients in the Mannheim area. Day-to-day, you will be installing and configuring new software, meticulously documenting solutions in the internal knowledge base, and assisting users with technical issues and inquiries either on-site, over the phone, or via remote access. A key part of the job is conducting detailed error analyses and developing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong knowledge of networking and hardware, experience with ticketing systems, and familiarity with common Windows operating systems.
